Return & Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions for Replacement:

1. PolluxCraft ONLY ISSUE REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING TRANSIT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT. PolluxCraft WILL NOT ENTERTAIN/PROCESS ANY RETURN REQUEST.
2. In no case, the placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other products.
3. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

No Refund or Replacement Will Be Given In Case Of Shipments, If:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
• After 03 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
• Package is refused by the recipient.
