What is the estimated delivery time? 

All the Items are dispatched in 24 Hours after placing the order, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message. In case of international order, if customer deny's to accept the shipment then PolluxCraft is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

How will the delivery be done?

PolluxCraft send all packages via reputed couriers.

What about warranty and hidden costs (taxes etc.)?

There are no hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price excluding of all applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices exclude applicable taxes.

What are the delivery charges?

PolluxCraft charge delivery charges at EXTRA, which will be informed to Customers after preparation of the Customer’s Order.

How do I track my shipment?

PolluxCraft uses only reputed couriers. PolluxCraft notify our customers via a shipment confirmation message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation message will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
